XAC has released a new magnetic signal decoder IC -  XAC993

The XAC993 ASIC is a dedicated chip for 3 channels of magnetic signal decoding. This CMOS chip consumes very low power (5V, 2.4mA, include 5Mhz Osc.) and has a built in amplification circuitry. The IC package is TQFP32L followed from JEDECMO-136.

PINPAD Transaction Device -M960

The M960 transaction device is a PINPAD with motorized hybrid reader.  The built-in security module enable data encryption function.  Card reader supports both magnetic card and smart card.  Up to 3 SAM modules can be stored.  Connection through RS232 interface.
